THE MARRIAGE IS STILL INVALID

1 - they didnt say QH i mean thats the point of it all

2 - they weren't in their senses when they said that

3 - zoe's father name is wrong

They dint say YES for the marriage They said yes to the person with whom they were talking on phoneee so yeahh it is invalid :) but infront of world who doesnt knoww why tht was an yeshh they wud think it was an yes for wedding LOL

i mean jus like in a christian wedding u cant take vows with smbdy and accidentally get MARRIED. same way u cant accidentally say yes to smbdy and ur married...

tht way bros-sis fathers daughters ANYBDY cud end up married by a "wrong" convo.

Both the bride and groom are supposed to UNDERSTAND and AGREE to get married to each other. Only then the Qubool hai is valid. Saying yes at an inopportune moment does not construe nikaah.

Zoya Ayaan nikaah is invalid as they were saying yes to the person on the phone and not to the qazi's question.

Reasons:

they didnt said yes to nikah,,, they were talking on phone n saying yes,..yes... i heared,,,..

moreover zoya's father name---out of place
