Prachi Desai hurts herself on the sets of Kasamh Se when she steps out of a moving car in a daze

Prachi Desai (Bani of Kasamh Se) recently met with an accident on the sets of the show. Prachi had to step out of a car after it had stopped. But, in what seems to be another case of fatigue due to a grueling schedule, Prachi was in a daze while shooting for the scene. The result being, she steeped out of the car even before it stopped and hurt herself.

Prachi's mother Anita Desai says, "Prachi has had quite a hectic schedule in the past few days. She goofed up and ended up injuring herself while shooting for Kasamh Se. Even she says that she is not aware of how it happened. As she stepped out before the vehicle stopped, the rear wheels of the car peeled the skin of her leg and caused a deep wound in her leg. She was rushed to a hospital in Juhu and was immediately treated. Fortunately there is no fracture, but the swelling is quite prominent and painful."

Prachi is one of the youngest and also one of the busiest actors on television. The actor is simultaneously appearing for her higher secondary examination in Pune and shooting for Kasamh Se in Mumbai. Moreover, she is also preparing for a channel event that will happen in London next week.

Anita Desai adds, "Now Prachi is taking rest. The tour to London may be postponed depending on how fast her condition improves."

An executive producer from Zee TV says, "Prachi has been advised seven days of rest. We find situations like these quite difficult as Prachi is the lead in Kasamh Se and it is a daily soap. We will put Bani's track on the back burner till Prachi recovers."
