Do film Titles make a difference ?

I know we have our favorite actors, actresses and directors but does anyone get intrigued purely by a films title ?

from short titles to Guide, Sholay , Devdas & Awara

to the Long 4 word Khan titles HAHK, QSQT, DDLJ, KANK, KKHH, HSSH

recently quirky film titles have worked, english vinglish, vicky donor, or fukrey

does a films title impact whether you will see the film or no ?

used to coz before peoples used to go to films watching the film poster,title and star cast..they didnt have the liberty of watching trailer!! nowadays u can research online before goin 4 a film

You could guess the whole story from the title itself.

Yes..sometimes I want to see a film just for the title. lol..just kidding..

trailer has to be good too.

My fav titles JWM, English Vinglish and YJHD. From recent time

Gori Tera Pyaar Mein has a nice ring to it.

I remember when I heard about there's a movie called Fashion..I wanted to watch

it thinking it was about Fashion. Am really into clothes/fashion. Wrong title for the movie..

Fashion was more about models than Fashion 😆 But I guess Fashion has a nice ring to it than calling a movie Models..so am glad Madhur went with Fashion even though it was misleading. lol

in a sense yes for eg recently a movie released called "ramaiyan vastavaiya" like W*F?!! put me off

I didnt like the title YJHD for the film..its too long and I hate it when they use popular song lyrics as movie title. I wish Ayan retained the original title "Bunny & Me" over YJHD.

Ramaiyya Vastavaiyya made no sense for the fiim. I dont like the really long names. Gori Tere Pyar Mein sounds idiotic.. too long.
