As Maya said, me and my friends stopped a guy who was on a bicycle and tried to touch one of us.Beat him up real well.
One night in Hyderabad, a guy decided to spit pan on me near the bus stop and decides to escape in what else but his bycycle. Since there were other people standing around, I catch this person and this time the janta beats him up. 😆
Never come across a hit an run and hence can't comment.
In the above scenarios, if I was alone, I would be wary.
