Hello 😃 . While every KR fan is praying for Kriya's return, such OS looks mean on our part 🤔 *SPOILER ALERT! :P* But then we just had to write something!. And get over with it and this was the outcome.
Though there were no inspirations as such but it reminded us of Clay- One Tree Hill and nope, story is not related with him in anyway. But if you know the character, you'd know why the name is mentioned.
Lastly, though we don't watch the show, it would be great if Kriya returns,It would make a lot more sense probably 🥱

KR OS : Let Go.
He entered the humongous stadium and could see the stage right at the center. It was heavily lit and the few people who were left there were packing up. He walked slowly, taking his time and every now and then stopping in his tracks.
Soon after he reached backstage, he spotted her sitting with her mates. If he didn't know her better, he would have misjudged that smile for a real one.
He moved closer and she saw him; excused herself from the company and walked up to him.
"Sorry I couldn't make it" he said a little apprehensive, how many times had he said that?
"That's alright, I'm glad you're here" she said monotonously and gestured towards the chairs.
He couldn't understand what bothered him more, the fact that she didn't question him for his absence or that she didn't even look at him to acknowledge the excuse.
Nevertheless he followed her.
They sat on their chairs and none of them spoke. He almost chuckled at the thought of her being so quiet and she wondered why he wouldn't say a thing.
"You'll have something?"
"You'd anyway order"
She smiled briefly and slightly nodded, and signaled a man for two plates of food.
"How's everything been?.Been busy with the studio?
"Yeah kind of, we signed a huge contract last week. Vishal has been out of town for work, so have been free at home".
"Even Nisha has been busy with her work; she wanted to come to the concert. And yeah said congrats for the album" he replied and she smiled.
And the silence took over. This was usual now.
"I wonder if we were ever meant to be Kriya" he blurted out and looked alarmed. He wasn't supposed to say this aloud and mentally face-palmed himself. He looked at her but there came no reaction from her instead she smiled weakly.
"I don't know...maybe we were maybe not" she replied.
"Weren't we good enough?" he asked earnestly.
"We were great together, close to perfection. Everything was.. but things happen. We may have been with the right person but not the correct time or place. It wasn't our time Reyansh" she paused and looked at him "I don't blame you for what happened and you should stop doing it too. It'd been 7 years, it's time to let go off those things. It's time to move on Reyansh. You love Nisha and I love Vishal and we know it. Let it go now" she answered and his lips curved up in a smile.
"And food is here!. Get up fast, I'm starving here" she said getting up and ignoring the whole serious talk.
And he smiled to himself, it was the first time in 7 years that they had opened up and talked on this topic and he was content. There was no hesitation, no second thought and moreover no regrets.
He got up, It was time to let go off those bondage now for the memories will always be there'.
