I didnt get this!!!!

Wasn't Rano's baby suppose to be 3 months and it was a premature baby then why was it regular size shouldnt it be much smaller?

yes this is true.....rano is 3 months preggy,she rarely had tummy n her child is operated😆...3months of pregnancy means that the child is just toooooooo small n it is not well developed but here the child is big n looks like it was atleast 2months old😆.......you cant actually operate it untill its 8months old if my knowledge is rite.....usually premature baby is kept in the incubater as it shd b kept inside a place which has the same temp as in the mothers womb...here the baby is fully grown, is taken out n given to someone else🤣............in this serial world anything is possible......

I know even I do not understand the logic...

A full grown baby comes out of Rano's stomach and too when she was not even showing any signs of pregnancy!!!

Further, Pia is still not showing any bump whereas Rano has already delivered!!
