One has to learn to recognize that the character Daya and Actress Disha are two separate. Disha's acting is very good, but I am talking about Character Daya.
The writers have changed character of Daya a lot since the beginning of show. In the initial episodes, Daya's voice was also different. She was very innocent, entertaining and funny. Lately they are making her give too much lecture on everything which can be annoying sometimes.Her garba and hey maa mataji have become stale now. Writers should think of something new now. My biggest surprise is how come she never notices or objects to Jethalal's obvious flirting towards Babita. Any wife and especially sensitive one like Daya would notice that and would feel hurt.I know some fellow members will get offended or hurt with my post. But again I am stressing that I am talking about the character not the actress who plays her.
