My mom gave me a similar answer. She told me about the hospital story about how there are babies in the hospital and you can go choose them. So for a long time I had imagined there's a room full of baby photographs in every hospital and you can order the one you like (something like a catalogue😆)

And as for the babies, I had been told God creates them and then I had let myself imagine that God sat up there just making babies like a potter and sending sample photographs down to the hospital.........Oh those were the days!!😆

vaise I don't remember myself asking such qns. to my parents…maybe coz I didn't see anybody around me pregnant😕...ya but I must admi😕t..when I was young…I m not sure till what age…I used to think even men got pregnant…I don't know how, when, where I got this idea..but somewhere I thought that both the genders got pregnant and stuff… lol😆😆….wat a fool I was…but not anymore…😊

as for whether to tell the kids the truth or not..i think the best answer can be "that you will know when you grow older" while its nice that kids are curious these days..but at the same time..there are many things that they will not understand now…. and which they will know on their own..when the right time comes…

btw..i like those hospital stories too😆…for stubborn kids who wants an explanation for each and every thing these stories cud work…😉

Ha…I didn't even know who he was at that time 😕 …btw I m talking bout when I WAS a kid….and kids can think anything…no barrier here….

Maybe I thought men n women were kind of equal… 😆 and whatever happened to women happened to men also…now I m not sure what my psychology was at that age 😉 ….but I m glad I didn't express this thought openly otherwise..i cant imagine what explanation my parents would have give me…..lol 😆 😆

As a small kid I always thought women actually throw out babies from their mouth (damn, all those national geographic showing lioness carrying the cub holding it in its mouth...etc) but then I wondered how can such a big baby come out of any opening in the human body - absolutely any.... and then there can be upto 7 which can be at the same time....😆
