It's a woman wish what she wears. baseless statements.. nd mix or kurti or whatever...dear indo western is cool, and that's it. i dont get it what are you trying to say. Okay i'll tell u just two things abt indo western i.e. kurti and legging and jeans.
1. Kurti-jeans is a dress preferred by girls who want to have some "modern" look and still because of society, their parents etc. they can't try other dresses. It's easy to convince for jeans by the argument that its not exposing, so it is fine.
2. And kurti-leggings-jeans looks cool, and so it is included in wardrobes which do have micromini's, shorts, backless dresses etc...everything. We do wear kurti leggings because it looks good. that's it.

Lost their culture😛 which culture? kamasutra wala or the one which allows u to treat women like shit? and indian dresses basically, dear i'm from delhi nd we too love indian dresses. there's nothing like just western or just indian...oh people like u may have it "just pure indian" when u may not have any idea what actually indian is...

Trying to ape...🥱 live in delusions. own culture...yeah keep burning women, female foeticide, molestation, rapes and all..best of luck 4 ur ideal states.and alcohol nd drug addicted..more than youth its middle aged people who does that. Having few drinks isnt called addiction.

The fact that the definition of "own culture" is burning women, female foeiticide, rapes and molestation for you explains exactly why I quoted you. And you're going to tell me what "Pure Indian" is!? Culture does not allow people to treat women like shit, that's what people make out of it and use it as an excuse for their wrongdoings. I know what Kurti-Jeans are.. you don't need to tell me that.

Yes the majority wants women to be covered, again I didn't say they force them to. If a woman herself likes to dress appropriately and not wear skirts all the time.. it doesn't always mean she has been forced to by the society or her family for godsake. 🥱

WOMAN, you DO not know anything about Punjab and the situation there right now and this just proved it once again. I was talking about the youth in Punjab who is basically dying because of the excessive alcohol assumption and drug abuse.. I never called "a few drinks" addiction. Maybe you should look it up on internet.. just to expand your knowledge.

There's two parallel societies running in India. The cities and the villages. The modern and the conservative. The progressive and the traditional. The cities in Punjab and Haryana are as progressive as any other cities in India. Women wear what they please, there's nightclubs, people date and women do what they want to do really. The villages are as traditional as anywhere in India as well. Its not a state divide. Punjab/Haryana are not conservative states. Its the city-village divide that is rampant all throughout India and likely will be for a very very long time.

No just u tell me what our culture is, then i'll reply to you. Culture does allow...like if we consider hinduism as indian culture then we do have men like ram who ask women to give agnipareeksha(for the f**k sake if u cant trust ur wife, then just leave it...) or women massaging their husband's feet, or just get divided among ur husband's brothers as if she is a piece of land.
want or no want...what is this? let the women decide for themselves what they want to wear...f**k ur opinions, or ur wants from women...they are not ur slaves okay.
and looking up to net for youth... well if they cant have enough common sense, let them die. i dont give a damn, its their life, they wanna waste it...go along.

There is nothing strictly traditional and strictly modern. The truth is basicall almost whole india is extremely misogynist, patriarchal and hypocrite. I live in new delhi and i'd seen how "progressive" and "modern" most of the people are here.
