Is Pramad's character written like that

I'm wondering if the original character of Pramad is written like what we are being shown.
Getting his wife drunk so that he can have his way with her. I doubt very much that would have been in the original Gujrati novel.

It seems these kind of gory and explicit tracks are being introduced by the CV's.

Could this mean the original story has been cast aside and we can expect something different and possibly unknown.

Yes , his character was as it is being shown or say even worst..Here he is being given benefit of doubt .and kalika is being blamed for everything but originally he has always been lost case all thanks to himself

though the activities r being added as they need to make show run on daily basis

Pramadh's character in the novel is very negative... Could call him ayaashi. But he doesn't torture kumud... In fact he is non existent in her life. In the novel, he is indifferent to her existence... jsut like they had prortrayed him in the initial episodes...Always out drinking, visiting brothels, etc.
this whole Prammy Suharo and him taking any interest in Kumud and her past is all CVs adaptation.
