Yes i also dont want this emotional drama play out. But it could be possible that humaira condition become severe as she not talen medicene duration rajni track n just now her phyeco behavier.so she ask ayaan to settele down with zoya but actually this ltrack lead to humaira permamently cure by illness

May be zoya blame her self that she is the reason for humaira severe condition (after ishq track may be humaira condition become severe) so may be she agree as she has very good heart

Humeira is not going to die and she wishing for zoyaan doesn't make any sense...coz she doesn't know zoya yet so why would she want zoyaan and if in future she does get to know zoya I think she will know that asad and zoyaove each other so no zoyaan either
