9th Sep: An enraged Pramad asks Kumud to consummate their marriage. Kumud is shocked to hear this.

10th Sep: Pramad forces Kumud to drink and tries to get physical with her. Saraswatichandra sees Kumud in an inebriated state and gives up all hope on Pramad.

11th Sep: Kumud refuses to fast for teej' and conveys the same to Saubhagyadevi via a letter. Kalika replaces the letter and also arranges for Saubhagyadevi to catch Kumud red-handed.

12th Sep: Kumud and Kalika set out to find Pramad when he is out drinking with his friends on teej'.
