Also if Ruqs had a miscarriage beforehand she will be more bothered about losing the title Mariam Zamani than blaming jodha to get her away from Jalal..

I think might be R-Begam played the mind and emotion game with Jalal. She never got pregnant and might paid the diama to lie that she is pregnant and after she heard from Baba prediction. She might have suspected that Jalal will ask Jodha to give Kesar milk and might be diama added the drug in Kesar and she must have use the blood from somewhere and act as misscariage and diama confirm it. She might felt that Jalal is leaning towards Jodha and when prediction from Baba came she act fast so Jodha will be killed or thrown out from Agra.
