She did comfort Rukayya.. she did take a stand for Jodha.But don't you think she lacked the emotion?

Hamida didn't raise Jalal...Maham Anga did...so MA has more influence in Jalal's life than his own mother...besides Hamida Banu's dialogues r too simple...no intensity in them...her character should be explored more..as far as I know she is a very smart lady...in a good way of course

Maham and bairam khan did raise him, while jalal's parents were in hiding. She along with jiji anga breast fed him. Jalal is also bitter towards Hamida for abandoning him as a baby.
