This would turn out to be a huge twist if down the line they show Rajveer being aka Farhan. She would slap him and Imran introduces him as Farhan, soom to be Najma's brother in law and Nikhat's future husband. I wouldn't put it past Gul if this happens!

Nikhat deserves some one much better...
