There is only one problem, what if the terrorists hijack a plane or hold someone to ransom. We'll have to set them free and repeat the whole process of arresting and prosecution.

see,that is possible and it might happen and it might happen even if u hang the person,in the form of revenge.There is no valid reason for terrorism,they will kill no matter what.

What i am saying is that if u are for the death penalty its fine,go ahead and hang the person but hang him for the right reasons,don't hang someone just because ur own systems are weak,that is no excuse for taking a life.

I personally believe that we should'nt interfere with the law of nature but people who support the death penalty have their own very valid reasons for doing so.This is a very sensitive subject actually and u will get equally strong arguments for or against the death penalty system.

rope can be re-used for another monster later. bullet is lost once fired.. why waste it?

I would rather vote for death sentence. Why do you want to keep that terrorist alive who could be traded in future and might be set free. If we don't decide and kill that terrorist he will tomorrow kill more of innocents. So maybe by killing one we are actually saving many others.

I have written before also that I am against the death penalty for ANYONE and its my personal view that i am not comfortable to decide whether a person should live or die ,i think its not my place to do so.Thats all..I am for locking him for life and making him suffer for what he has done.

I completely respect the views of the people who say that he should be hanged.What I am saying is if he has to be put to death it should be for the henious crime that he has done and not because our prison system is weak and he might get out some time.A weak prison system should not be an excuse to take someone's life,his crime should be.I hope u get my point now.
