I think he had done most of his MS before, but then couldn't sit the exams... so perhaps this is some fast-track thing where he can take his previous credits and get his degree in minimum time? That's my attempt to get some logic out of the six-month thing... otherwise agar sach me he is getting a postgrad degree from scratch in 6 months, then yeah, I too want to go to that college, hahahaha 😆
