i mean just imagine.. person who is travelling overnight...

or kisi ko kuch emergency...

koi reserve banana padega like we do for water... -_-

Aur upar se its illegal to carry reserve of petrol..

plus think, that isse transport pe in general kitna farq padega.. Export import between states will completely stop. even ST buses n all.. will decrease frequency..

plus, that also means that normal mei petrol pumps pe zyaada bheedh the whole time..
