Graduation can be done by correspondence, it is not a professional course. And I know that it is not possible to do a part of a professional course in one college and another part after gap of some time time from another college. Colleges are not that flexible. Even within the same State, transfer between colleges are rare and governed by some rules - gap years are not allowed.

As I said earlier will be a entrance test again.. They may not show that in bv... But it will be their.. And courses are recognized not just in India internationally too.. Courses are transferable.. I have done it.. So saying it...I got a lot of courses waived in my masters...and as I said the gap is usually 5 years for professional courses too.. They will test and take ...
MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA SALIENT FEATURES OF
POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION REGULATIONS, 2000
(iii) In Clause 10 (iii) the paragraph "Migration/transfer of Post Graduate students from one medical college or institution to another.
"MIGRATION
Under no circumstance, Migration/transfer of student undergoing any Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma / Super Specialty course shall be permitted by any University/ Authority"
Rules are quite clear, transfer from one medical college to another is not permissible for MS course.
not only 6 months there are 3 months cours also. Diploma courses are for 3, 6 , or 7 months. No nursing course is for 6 months, even ANM course is for 2 years and that is the lowest course in nursing in India. General nursing and midwifery course is 3 and half years and B. Sc. nursing is for 4 years. Why do CVs want a joke of education? However, I agree that if Jagya does his MS from Mangalore, it will be better. But where do they find a MS course for 6 months only?

Why are even discussing about rules? They never apply to BV land. If CV's want to keep J-G together, it's no big deal for them to make J do his last sem alone in Manglore in the same college as Ganga ...meeting her twice or multiple times a day. Else they will introduce 'balachandars' to bring J to manglore...😳
