It's always been Jai's....and then he gave it to Bani...and she gave it to Pia....and Jai finally burnt the papers...so it's Bani's again!!

Well it has been going back and forth between Jai-Bani-Massi-Pia. But no one has actually legally possessed it. They have said they want to give it to someone but they have not legally given it. I think!!!!!!!!!!

What I dont understand is that Ranveer needed 22 lakhs for Rashi's medical treatment, for which Jai sold 5% of his shares. That means he has only total 440 lakhs in the company which is 4.4 crores. I am assuming he holds maximum shares which means over 50%. So their company is worth about 8-9 crores. Which is nothing at all. Ranveer has talked about losing 200 crores in business before. So it seems like something is not right. I think even if Jai had sold some of his cars he could have gotten the 22 lakhs for Rashi's treatment.

there hasnt been any formal paper work of transfering property to anyone (to my knowledge), only by word of mouth. So i think Jai is still the property owner, and maybe Bani too.
