there are many punjabi families who are basicly hindus bu they go to both gurudwara and mandir....like my family...
In maayka...brij's family is punjabi and they are hindus but they go to both gurudwara and mandir but coz they r hindus therefore they marry the hindu way.....

Yaar totally agree, thats the main question I ask wha only to myself :( whenever I saw a punjabi sikh marriage, I know dat its just a tv show but still they should show the realty I dont think they will show a hindu marrying in muslim way because they go to masjid and mandir as well,(only my opinion dont get irritated) they just wanna confuse people that sikhs marry the same way as hindu ,,,,
Anyways thats not the first show, I saw several tv serials and films like that...
in jassi jaisikoi nahin, they showd d same thing...

i know why do they do that. they should get marriage in gurudwara. the director might don't know about sikhs people. i don't like that. this is what my mom was saying. they should marriage in gurudwara. they do everything in sikh style like sangeet and everything but not shaddi. i hope they will do someday in all dramas.

thats what i was thinking too. they are shown to be punjabi and the fact that they're shown going to the gurudwara i was assuming that they were sikh too.....so why the hindu marriage?
