Gossip gets teeth-pooja/anoushka

The two have given gossipmongers another reason to psst psst. Vikas T Kalantri and Pooja Ghai, who are supposedly seeing each other, have floated a production house. Says Kalantri, who was earlier linked with Nausheen Ali Sardar, "I have started White Leaf Entertainment with my good friend Pooja Ghai." The two first met while auditioning for a television show. According to him, they both think alike and that's why they are working together. Says Ghai, "I have always wanted to start my own production house. And now with two shows, I think I can manage it. Yes, Vikas is the co-producer." They plan to start off with a travel show. "Right now, we are only concentrating on television shows, ad films, events and music videos. Other than pitching for channels, we have a Sansui event coming up very soon," says Kalantri, who made his big screen debut with Nayee Padosan. So has he said goodbye to his acting career? "No, I have just completed Abbas Mustan's Naquab. The film also features Bobby Deol and Akshaye Khanna. I play the role of Siddharth, who's a happy-go-lucky guy in the thriller flick. The idea of starting a production house is to have a back-up plan," he says.

Kalantri has also bought a plush flat in the suburbs, which is under renovation now. So is it the new love nest for the much-inlove couple? "How did you get to know about my new house? Yes it's true, but Pooja is not living in with me. It's a bachelor's pad." Other actors-turned-producers are Urvashi Dholakia, Anuj Saxena, Smriti Iraani, Amar Upadhyay and Manasi Roy.
