Not really - shouldn't it be, poor Humeira.

Stuck with a man who can't make up his mind and when he does can't bring himself to say it.

I guess you're right, poor Ayaan - who might lose the best thing in his life, Humeira's love.

Ayaan is still very impulsive at times but Humeira has brought a lot of change in him. He's trying to express himself to Humeira but at the same time he knows he's hurt her. He doesn't want to hurt her again and I think that's why he isn't being the usual volatile Ayaan we know. He knows telling her the truth will do no good right now. It's just going to hurt her more to be around him and constantly be reminded of the rejection. I loved the bit where Ayaan said, "Aur agar main yeh kahoon ke main purani kahaani yaad dilane ki nahin, ek nayi kahaani shuru karne ki koshish kar raha hoon toh." If the past troubles Humeira so much, then creating a present together can change their future.
