That facepalm moment when you realize that except for Asad and Zoe, everyone on this show has BRAINS usually!🤣... Haseena is HORRIBLE. Her make up alone deserves a new chapter in the Indian Penal Code which makes it criminal to step out of the house looking like a Revlon Botch. Haseena is a Gold-Digger. Haseena is Evil. Haseena is as vulgar , loud, shameless, greedy and wanna be socialite like Mrs. Bennet. But... the woman has got BRAINS! Not the brains that can solve theorems and trignometry. But the kind of worldly-manipulative and street smart. She uses the weak points of people, manipulates them and she can tweak situations in her favour. Just because we hate her and she is actually a caricature of a dowry-hungry mother , we do not credit her vixen brain. She always has a Plan B, just like Razia, Tanveer and Zoe. Fine, Asad is playing snakes and ladders with me- let him. Its his time , but i can still get what i want. Enter Farhaan. The NRI good looker of a son whom she offers on a platter for Nikhat so that she still gets to have her cake and eat it too. You are as shocked as Rashid when she shamelessly asks for Nikhat's hand for the elder son .Are you for real , woman? YES. She is. Coz she has the craft of seeing through people and attacking their sore spots. She knows that her story and sorry will be bought by Shireen and she is right. She knows that Nikhat , for all her strength and spirit , is vulnerable at certain places. Dicey - but i still throw my dice... who knows? The stakes might just turn in my favour. They will.
I have to hand it to this Revlon Botch - well-played. This is how you CHANGE THE GAME. Until Asad's and Farhan's next move, its Round 2- Haseena Bi.

But... How i love my AsYa! They symbolize the line - " Paakar bhi teri aarzoo ho, shaayad yoon zindagi haseen hai." AsYa are engaged , almost husband and wife minus the sexuality , and all set to tie the knot. Yet, they never want to stop making feel each-other special. Asad wants to make her happy, Zoe wants to make him happy - not because they need to prove their love or something. Its simply because they want to ask each-other with a child-like grin - HAPPY?
I think the best part i loved in today's episode was when Zoe hugged Asad. Her eyes were brimming with sentiment when she told him that she had fulfilled his third wish - did i make you happy? And the way she lifts her bare heels, and hugs Asad with all the scared passion is - i don't know - its just 'something'. A glimpse of the kind of love that everyone looks for.
And Asad? He usually thanks God when Zoe hugs him like this. And why shouldn't he? He had asked for Zoe in the Holy Dargah and God returned Zoe to him. Today, the times are fairy-tale-ish but Asad has not forgotten the tragic times behind and the hand of God that has brought them back together. Some people think its funny. I think its beautiful because its his gratitude to God for restoring Zoe to him - in his arms and woven into his soul.
