Sadly, yes , that is the bitter truth, and well the production houses and not jus the one concerned with this show...cash in on these aspects...

It would be more better if they showed how silly and incorrect these things are , as much as they are impractical and show a more logical aspect to things....

Wishful thinking eh? 😕

Oh my goodness, thank you for starting this topic, I came here just to do that....I totally agree with you, one side they show sholokas being read the other moment they are killing someone....and now this whole things about kundali dosh etc...I think ppl have enough complications in life as it is, now showing these things is just promoting others!!!!.... I applaud movies like Munna bhai, who are actually helping people come out of such things....

Yes, I just read it,.... Here is a quote from the article...:

'The rituals performed by Aishwarya, Amitabh and Abhishek would only promote superstitions and blind faith among common people,' Shruti, who is also a women's rights activist, told IANS.

...and it not only about the manglik thing, I heard somewhere that Amitabh got Aish's kiss scene from Dhoom cut out....that was really shocking!!!!...on one side they call themselves "actors"...and then they themselves are getting scenes cut out....do they know what it means to ACT!! ...secondly what of the scene from Bunty and Bubly where Abhi kissed Rani...get that cut out too....DOUBLE STANDARDS???? Amitabh is doing a movie, called Nishbadh where he plays a 60 year old man who falls for a 18 year old girl....I think Aish should have that movie cut out!!!!!....

Had to vent out...

thank you once again for the topic!!! 👏

do you think we as general public should stop the serial makers from propagarting all this nonsense... all these things lead to discrimination against women whose husbands die...then it becomes autoimatically their fault as they did not pray enough for their husbands...isnt it ridiculous that some pandit tells you that you will die and you start believing him rather than believing in God...its a shame to still believe in all this... 😡
