Such a nice post Dr. Ma'am. 👏👏👏 I keep reading anything that I can get my hands on, so the inspiring writings are so many. But when I feel terribly down (which is rare for me but happened recently when one of my closest family member passed away 😭 ), I read some spiritual books and that soothes me the most and the best.

I think when we are down and out and don't want to mingle , or just be in our own space , that's when u pick up something that transports u to a different world , where courage and strength , empower u to do better in life , like Mariah Carey song 'the Hero lies in u '
