Problem with Pasting from Word (Fixed)

Okay so since yesterday I've been having this issue where if I paste something from another website or from a Word document and then post I get these weird symbols in place of some things like quotation marks. See a sample below:

Aarti yelled, NO! I wont do it!

Aarti please! Its the only way well be able to save Nandita, Ravi replied.

I wont! I wont! I wont! You expect me to bend to Gauravs wishes! I wont do it!

Ayaan put a hand on Aartis shoulder and said quietly, Theyre right Aarti. Its the only way to save Nandita. You have to do this for Nandita.

This is part of a FF that I write and haven't posted yet. But as you can see I get all these weird symbols now which I didn't get before. Then this is from an article I got from TOI. Same thing:

Salman Khan might have hugged Shahrukh Khan, but it seems that the arch-rivals are not ready to give away the cold war and the box office.

I didn't get these symbols before either. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

You mean the ?

That usually only comes when IF doesn't recognize a word or two or the elipses. Happens with me too.

It is annoying but I just erase them again and again.

Sara it never used to come before for me. That's why I use GC. Because the GC browser doesn't bring those symbols in...

Aarti turned to Ayaan, But to bend to Gauravs wishes?

Youre not bending. Youre just dropping your weapons for a little while. Then when everything is ready you can get back at Gaurav. You have to do this.

Yep I am. It's really weird. It started just on the weekend after the character number for topic titles was increased.

I'm too having this problems

please guys if you find a solution do tell me because i had to add them and it too me 45 minutes and if i had to do it for every chapter i will die 🤢 🤢
