Part 1
Zoya is a typical next door girl who lives in NY with her Aapi and Jeeju. She lives life in her own ways and has her own principles in life which she strictly follows and one of it is when she gets married she'll opt only for a love marriage. She fully believes in those fairytales and romance. She totally oppose arranged marriage as she think that two strangers can't live with each other together.
On the other hand, her Aapi and Jeeju are planning to get her married as she's getting older and older. Jeeju suggested that they get Zoya married to one of his relative's son. He knows Dilshad and Asad very well that he believes Asad is pretty much suitable for Zoya. Aapi who also knows about them agreed with her husband. Without wasting any time they quickly called Dilshad who lives in India and told her about this. She happily agreed and both parties made arrangements for a quick and short nikah. Asad and Zoya are still kept untold about this.
Without discussing with Asad and Zoya both their families fixed their nikah. They decided that they were gona keep it low therefore they skipped all the rasams and straight went to the nikah. When Aapi broke the news to Zoya, she expected Zoya to be happy but the response she got was totally opposite. Zoya rejected marrying the person she barely knew. She totally went against Aapi's decision this time. Aapi and Jeeju had no choice but to emotionally blackmail Zoya because they know that if she didn't get married now, she'll never get married anytime in the future. By the time she meets her prince charming, fall in love and get married, they would totally get old. Zoya who always falls for this threaten of her Aapi's reluctantly agreed to get married to whoever her Aapi and Jeeju chose. At that moment, she knew her life and future was totally screwed up.
On the other part of the world, Dilshad was havin the same discussion with Asad. At first even he didn't agree for this nikah but after Dilshad faking her illness, Asad finally agrees for his ammi's sake. Now full preparations were goin on for the nikah. Zoya along with her Aapi and Jeeju are flying to India the very next day. Aapi and Jeeju was very excited throughout the whole journey to India but Zoya kept quiet. She had her earphones in her ears the whole time. She showed no sign of interest at all. ''I only agreed for this nikah just for Aapi's sake'' said Zoya to herself.
After a journey of nearly 15 hours, the three of them finally reached Bhopal. A car was sent to the airport to pick them up. After half an hour, they finally reached KM. The three of them including Zoya was mesmerized lookin at the beauty of the house. ''What beautiful architecture. The person who planned this must be really good'' thought Zoya to herself. Aapi was teasing Zoya by saying this is your future sasural's house and you're gona be living here after your nikah. Without Zoya realizing, she actually smiled hearing her Aapi's words.

Part 2
The door bell rang. Dilshad knew they had arrived. Najma hurriedly went and opened the door while Dilshad came behind her. Najma was more excited to see her future bhabi. She wondered how would her brother's future wife looked like. Dilshad was eager to meet her too. Their eyes searched for the sight of Zoya. When they couldn't see her, they turned upset. Zeenat who realized the change on their faces laughed and pointed towards the car where Zoya was picking up her luggages. Dilshad and Najma were stunned to see a beautiful gorgeous looking girl walking towards their direction. They automatically had a liking on her and knew that Asad would also like her. Zoya saw them looking at her and immediately greeted them. All of them entered into the house and Najma showed them their rooms. Zoyas room was downstairs opposite Asad's while Zeenat and Anwar settled in a room upstairs. Najma purposely gave Zoya that room so that she and Asad could have some ''moment'' together. ''Too bad bhaijaan is not at home now'' thought Najma. All of them settled down in their respective rooms and decided to call it a night since all of them were tired and needed some rest.
Its already past 11pm when Asad finally came home. He opened the door and tip toed into his room quietly in the intention of not waking up his mom and sis. He still had no idea of Zoya's arrival in his house. Dilshad had wanted to inform but he was busy with his office work that she thought of informin him later on which she totally had forgotten about. He quickly freshened up and changed into his night clothes before finally getting on his bed.
In the other room, Zoya was tossing and turning on her bed thinking about her future. She seemed to like her future mother in law & sister in law. They were so nice to her. But she still had no idea about Asad. She didn't know anything about him except for his name and that he's a businessman. How is she gona live with him? Suddenly, her stomach started making some noises. She then realized that she havent eat anything yet and she was hungry. Zoya then looked at the time and saw its already 12.30am. At first she thought of goin and waking up her Aapi but then she decided not to. ''She must have slept off by now'' thought Zoya. She then decided to go to the kitchen and search for something to eat. She went and switched on the kitchen light and browsed the whole place searching for food.
At one part, she accidentally dropped a glass cup and it broke making a loud noise. Zoya got scared thinking that someone might have heard the noise and come down but after few minutes there's still no response from anyone, she let out a huge sigh and starting searching for a broom and dustpan to pick the broken glass pieces. Little did she knows that Asad who's room is there had heard the noise.
