Why stay silent?

When things start going wrong, why in the world do people remain silent?
Even though you're scared to own up to it, isn't someone else's life or career being in danger enough to snap you out of it?
Kya pata guys...ideal scenarios are never in real life no?

You know it depends on the person. Some people are just naturally silent. They would rather keep things in themselves then speak. And that's where the problems start. Because these naturally silent people don't say anything and so you never know what's going through their head.
