Jai playfully smacked his arm, (true though jai was underage and definitely not allowed here but thanks to kimmy and karans status, the bouncer didn't even question her.. so here she was ready to enjoy and dance the night away)

The music blaring everyone was on full party mode, kimmy was already a few drinks down and trying to convince Manyata to have a few to lighten up' the guys were all around them and jai was having a blast while karan was annoyed and jealous at all the attention she was getting and thereby ignoring him. While uday had used the private sound proof office upstairs to make a call, unnathi left to use the ladies room and rohan got bored not knowing how long his bhaiya was going to be on the call and decided to go down.

Uday stood alone at the top looking at the buzzing of the music and lights spotting rohan flirtatiously dancing with a girl , He smiled to himself.. ROHAN'.he looked back at the time on his watch, this was not his scene, he wanted to leave decided to wait for his choti to come back before leaving when something or rather someone caught his eye.

He felt his body come alive just watching that smile, she looked breathtaking. Her hair, her natural soft features'. No wait what the hell? Why would she be here? Is she really here? oh is my mind tricking me again'. Ever since he had seen that slide show he was going insane thinking about her'..He blinked again before downing his drink and decided to walk down to confirm '. Manyata couldn't help but feel like she was being watched as she looked around through the dancing bodies and saw a familiar pair of dark, daunting eyes staring at her. They were so familiar'.

Manyata looked at jai who was bobbing her head back and forth and singing along pulling her hand to the dance floor and then she looked back into the dance darkness but those eyes weren't there. She shook her head wondering what is going on with her.

'Nahi jai, tum log jao.. I don't want to '..'

'Kya yaar, what don't want to? We are here to party and you are standing here like a wallflower , chalo na'

Jai smiled happily as karan had drinks in his hands, he frowned as she reached for the wrong glass.

Manyata grabbed her hand stopping her from drinking it.

'Kya jiji?'

'Jai that was alcohol, not some kind of a thirst quencher for you'

'Oh god LIKE SERIOUSLY jiji' I knew it was alcohol.'

'You knew and you still wanted to drink it?'

'Haan whats wrong with it? Jiji i am here with you and our friends, we are entitled to live a little, I don't want to be like you and wake up one day realizing I am 40 and missed out on actually living a life that I can say I enjoyed. Jiji I never go out alone and don't do this with anyone, I am honest and telling you, I have perfect grades, I have never done anything to shame mom or you but I hate it when I see you so stiff and up tight. Jiji life waits for no one, you have to live every moment good or bad'..'

Manyata was stunned listening to jai as was karan and kimmy whose playful funfilled night was turning so serious and not there way it was supposed to be. Manyata didn't know what to say to jai as a part of her (a very big part of her) knew jai was right, she couldn't expect jai to be cooped up and living an empty life like her' she had no right to ruin her life. Jai was a free spirit like kimmy and she knew she had the best little sister(as annoying as she can be at times ok wait most of the time,lol) she really was the best.

'Lets dance karan' clearly jiji doesn't want to'

She pulled karans hand leading him to the dance floor, leaving kimmy with manyata.

Kimmy squeezed manyata's hand whilst looking at karan and jai, who was now scolding karan for dancing weirdly. Manyata smiled looking at them.

'Babes, she really does love you and like us all she wants to you just enjoy and be free without thinking about the burdens of the world that you carry on your shoulders, babes when you look at others our age don't you think and wonder '.everyone has some problem or the other in life but that doesn't stop them from living'. Saying that kimmy squeezed her hand again before making her way to join the others on the dance floor.

Jai's words and kimmys were ringing her head'. She knew they were both right. She looked around at everyone mostly her age some a few years older' laughing, dancing, teasing making the most of the moment. She looked again at the drink in her hand and on reflecting on jai's words and life without thinking she gulped it down, her mouth felt weird and stung a bit and she shook her head repetitively trying to get out the taste laying the glass back on the counter.

'Yuck'how do people drink this stuff?'

She needed a glass of water to wash out the taste from her mouth. She asked the waiter to get her a glass of cold water. While the bar tender turned around to get her water, manyata turned around to look at jai and kimmy on the dance floor.

They are right manyata.. just let go and have some fun. You have finally completed your degree and you are going to achieve something and give mom and jai the best life ever and spoil gudiya like there is no tomorrow' aaj keh liye start a fresh and just be'.

She looked back at the waiter and changed her mind instead of water' ' Get me another drink'

The waiter looked at her confused as she wanted water earlier.

'Are you sure?'

Manyata raised her eyebrow ' 'Yes I am '

He gave her another and not even bothering to find out what it was she gulped it instantly shaking her head, feeling the instant burn as it made its way down. 2 drinks down and suddenly feeling strangely happy as she smiled and started to bob her head from side to side listening to the music.

His eyes never leaving her. Taking in everything about her, he wanted to reach out to her. Not knowing why she had this strange effect on him, he had never been so drawn to anyone else like he is to her. I need to leave from here now' get as far away from her as possible

A bunch of drunk guys were also in the mood to party and get up to no good. One of their eyes fell on manyata and marveled at her beauty'.. as she placed her empty glass on the counter turning around to look at the dance floor while waiting for the bar tender. He signalled to his friend who slipped something into the bar tenders top pocket while he slipped something into the glass, he winked back at his friend as he watched the tablet dissolve. On time manyata had thanked the waiter and started to take a sip from the glass. Realising everything felt so much better which passing sip'.

Uday was about to leave when he saw a bunch of jerks staring at her like she was a tasty new candy they couldn't wait to unwrap'.He saw her drinking from the glass and noticed the high fives amongst the guys and after looking at the smile on the bar tenders face he knew her drink was laced. Instantly his hands balled into fists as he watched a guy walking towards her.

He had no idea why he felt the need to protect her '.. stop her from taking another sip

Manyata looked at the guys in front of her, at first she wasn't sure he was even talking to her so she looked away. She had just finished drinking her water and instead of getting rid of the after taste of the alcohol, it just made her more thirsty. Her head felt heavy yet some what light, the lights all around and the music were calling out to her, strangely exciting yet equally scary feeling. She asked for more water as her throat was now dry, she was feeling very hot and crowded.

'I said what is a beautiful girl like you doing all alone? Join me and my friends for a drink'.'.

Manyata gulped as she looked at them holding up their drink glasses to her. She politely shook her head telling him no, but he refused to listen and insisted shoving the drink in her hand. She kept looking distracted at everything'.and then dance floor trying to get kimmy's or karans attention, not feeling too good' her eyes searched around for ' him.. I know those eyes.. . She turned around to walk away, her legs feeling very weak when she felt her arm being pulled.

'Aww whats the hurry sweetness' he touched her hair moving extremely close to her breathing into her face.

'Listen Mr' you'you better leave me alone' and'. and let go of my hand' ' her speech became slurred.

'Or else what?... you going to cry' he teased her as his friends laughed.

Manyata tried pulling her hand away from him angrily and tried screaming but over the music and bobbing dancing bodies no one could see her and her voice seemed to betray her as she felt her senses getting numb. Everything seemed to be in slow motion, like she was watching them and knew they meant trouble but she could do nothing or get away. What is going on?

'Leave me '' alone'.. please' each word came out as a whisper as she tried moving away but was now confined to the corner and the jerks body.

'I will take that as a hearing deficiency on your part, so let me re phrase that. SHE HAS ASKED YOU TO LEAVE HER THE F*&K ALONE'.'

Manyata knew that voice and those eyes only to well, yes those eyes.. the dark alluring ones that she had seen earlier and knew now why they were so familiar' Mr Singh ' she never felt more relieved to see anyone in her life as she looked into his eyes that were now blazing with anger.

'Who the hell are you?'

'Your worst nightmare if you don't leave her hand… NOW'

Manyata gulped as she saw the intensity that his eyes held, he looked fierce as hell and the jerk seemed to be aggravating him even more. He grabbed manyata's hand forcing it out of him as he pulled her towards him, whatever it was she didn't know, his strong fragrance, his jaw clenching but she couldn't move holding onto to his arm as his eyes were on fire.

'You FUC*KEN ASSHOL#'

That was all the jerk heard before feeling the poundering pain to his left cheek. He woke up spitting out the blood from his mouth looking at Uday who was literally blowing out fire as he clenched his jaw as he brushed away the specks of blood that this jerk decided to spit out. This guy was really testing his patience

Manyata was clinging on to his arm like her life depended on it, not sure why but she felt completely immobile, she tried to speak but her words failed her. She was afraid Mr Singh was going to kill this guy as he pounded his face bashing him against the shattering of glasses as his limp body landed at the bar. That brought the whole club to a standstill as everyone screams were head and people just now wanted to get out afraid of a gang related violence.

All rohan heard was the sound of broken glass and then saw his brothers eyes burning, he ran immediately towards him. While jai, kimmy and karan were looking around in panic for manyata when kimmy's eyes finally spotted her….in MR SINGHS ARMS??

' I don't want to see this F**KERS here again, get them out and you? he pointed to the waiter and roughly grabbed his collar

'What did you put in her drink?'

The waiter was scared as hell cursing his fate for being so greedy and accepting the money from those guys. He spoke truthfully apologizing many times while it only made uday angrier knowing they had employed such a spineless leach

'Saab please, please saab, mujhe maaf kardo. I didn't know what it was I only saw the money and did it for that, I didn't mean to ..saab please'

While rohan roughly grabbed a few and kicked them out.

The main jerk turned around looking right at Uday.

'His right bhaiya, it is not over. I mean its not fully fair, you only took out this chootiya's one tooth, its so bad, I mean we have to give him an even smile' and with that the jerk felt another

blistering blow to his jaw and out came the other tooth.

'Oww' rohan yelped feeling the pain his hand after knocking that guys other tooth out.

Security was escorting the jerks out when uday turned to look at her… her innocent eyes were filled with fear, he knew she needed to get to a doctor now. She was drugged he could only think of one thing that was quite popular and easily available.. roofies the date rape drug. FU*K.

He didn't want her to pass out and he needed to make sure she was going to be ok as she said and did nothing except for her eyes moving, her hands never left him… just one look at her and he knew … this atmosphere.. clubbing all of it was not her scene, he knew that the first time met her at the Malhotra's… she was different.

F&*K that bast*&d if I hadn't seen them on time what would they have done to her? And without thinking or realizing … his fingers caressed her cheek…….

'Everything is going to be ok, you need to see a doctor now'

She looked at him blinking feeling his fingers on her face and getting lost in his eyes…. She had never felt more safe and protected than she could ever remember as his words and his fingers against her skin said something she could not quiet understand.

She heard jai and kimmy around her but her eyes were still locked onto his….. while her head just became very heavy and the walls seemed to be caving in and then there was darkness before she heard jai screaming and saw what looked like fear in Mr Singhs dark, alluring eyes…
