yeah thats automated message replied to all but in reality there is no one to value viewers' feedback as there is no individual to look for it...sony doesn't love running its show for longer time unless the shows' trp is exceptionally well. Take example: Byah humari bahu ka, Khubsorut, Anamika (soon to end), Hongey Juda na hum, Shuvh vivaah, Love marriage yea arrange marriage, dekha ek khawab and the list continuous to be longer and longer...unlike other shows of other channels which mostly have run for atleast a year

I too dont know why they do so...whats the logic behind doing this, cant they see other channels n its shows? Its unfair n injustice to sony's shows. The first time I fall victim was in 2009 wth MMDR and then I got surprised to see them doing this to many other shows. Its like killing a new born n not letting it to grow n get matured...WHY??? take for example the show QH of Zee which at start had very bad trps n viewers response but the channel let it telecast instead of closing it and see now its the No.1 of the channel...

its our bad luck tht AKA is in sony...ouch...👎🏼 though me want to be positive but when i remember its sony then I cant stay positive for longer as its sony...
