Remember Prasanjeet does'nt have anything to his name, all the property is on Ipshita's name, so why would Maya and Palak plan such a thing.

Don't forget that Palak was once engaged to be marry Prasanjeet, but Palak was caught when she was doing a runner. Palak didnt want to marry Prasanjeet because he does not much money to his name, and Palak was saying that she wants luxuries and Prasanjeet won't be able to provide that for her, hence thats why she left, and that was this was the same issue they were bickering about at the engagement!!!..........
