I am sooo glad Roshan did not harp on the same ghissa pitta stuff tht Iqbal says in his interviews... We got to know many new things about Iqbal at JIKNH...
One... He is a paaaaaathtic Singer... But none the less.... he had the guts to sing onstage in class 9....Thats really commendable!👏👏 ....He looked extremely nerdy with those specs of his...and cute in his Kashmiri salwar.... Btw... The guy playing the tabla while he sang was equally bad... But they looked cute none the less...
Another thingy... He was a fool when he went to Mumbai... But a lucky fool to make it big... Can u imagine a guy with no contacts landing up in Mumbai with just 3000 bucks in his pocket!! And I dunno why he had to stay hungry for days when he came from quite a well to do famiy who could have helped him monetarily.... I wonder what he told his parents when he was in Mumbai struggling...
The JIKNH epi kinda left a lotta loose links... I wanted to knw more abt his struggle days too....but yeah he has great friends
He has enjoyed his hostel life.... hehehe Sneaking into the girl's dorm and clicking photos of girl's clothes hanging on the clothes line...
Anyways it was good that they concentrated on his childhood n college... and struggle days.... Though they did not tell us how he built his contacts... JIKNH needed to do more research on tht...
Neha looked cute.... really cute and adorable as ever... Its evident tht Maya Alagh shares a warm relationship with both... The best part was Neha entering with Kheer and handing it over to him... Tht actually avoided any awkwardness between them thts always there when the two are on stage together with people watching them onstage... remember the best jodi award at AJK??
Sneha looked pretty I must say.... I just noticed she has an upside down smile... .....It looks cute anyways.... Reminds me so much of a friend in school who had a smilar smile....
And yeah.... Iqbal's parents are sooooo adorable... Especially his Mother... I wonder why arent interviewed more often.... I loved what his father said- "Life is all about struggle.."
All in all... Iqbal appeared very different from what he generally appears to be in his other interviews on MM and MD and HT and crap crap crap.... There they portray him as such an arrogant chap at times... While on the show he was soo cute n down to earth....
Especially when he was talking about Funtoosh... Tht embarrassed yet nostalgic smile on his face was adorable.....
Ekta Kapoor and the KAA/KTH/KYPH gang other than Neha and Maya remained conspicuous by their absence... Probably bec of Iq's decision to quit Balaji... So did Bullet- Ek Dhamaka his second film.... But who cares....😆!!
