sultan will b exposed dunno got a feeling frm tonight's epi rk's expressions were mysterious as if telling i know everything i understand ur fear and pain but i have to stay mum now so that i can take out u permanently from this terror

Agree with you it could hint out nd also answer our question that rk knows all and Is waiting for the right time to play his cards.
Rk was by madhus when she didn't realise for example yesterday's episode when madhu attended the so called blank call and rk said he's going to washroom. Maybe he was behind the wall listening to madhu and sultans convo.

It could also mean that rk was not asleep but was pretending when sultan walked into the hospital room. And rk heard all the sultan said to madhu.
