CHAPTER-43.

"I don't believe this!"Prithvi exclaimed out again.His eyes rounded by what he was seeing.

He blinked once again,to make sure he was really seeing this and not dreaming.

"No..It really has happened!"Prithvi muttered in astonishment..

His eyes scanned the room again,but this time slowly.The whole room seem to have been hit by a hurricane!Clothes were lying on the floor,on the bed,on the sofas at the corner,and also on the dressing table!Prithvi noticed in astonishment.Clothes were strewn all over the room period.

Inhaling a staggering breath,Prithvi walked forward to remove a cloth dangling on the edge of the dressing table mirror,when he tripped on something,and almost fell flat on his face..

"What the hell did I trip on?!!"He muttered in irritation,and lowered himself to the floor,to find the cause of his tripping.

Prithvi slowly got up with a high heeled strappy delicate golden shoe.He looked around to find its partner but it was nowhere near in sight.But he did find a lot of partner less shoes of different colors and designs lying all around the room.

Where is she?!!Prithvi thought,sighing out in frustration,at the mess the whole room had been turned into.

His eyes painfully moved towards the dressing table again,which were cluttered with various feminine toiletries,and like clothes and the shoes,some of them were strewn on the floor too..

"How did this happen?!!"Prithvi muttered to himself.."And where is Meera?!"He thought again.

Suddenly Prithvi's eyes fell on the wide open window,and his heart missed a beat..

Did something happen to her?!Was she..?Prithvi stopped himself from thinking the worst,and hurried to look at the window..

Prithvi nearly screamed out in fear when he saw drops of blood on the window sill..

"MEERA?!!!!"Prithvi's voice echoed in the surrounding acres of beautifully landscaped gardens around his villa..

"MEERA!!!!!!!WHERE ARE YOU?!!ANSWER ME!!!!!"Prithvi screamed out again,but no one responded...

"Where is Miu?Haven't seen her for the entire day..Where is my little princess?"Asked Ramdhari Singh, to his wife,as he sat drinking evening tea in the Haweli's balcony.

"Your naughty little princess,is with a friend of hers."Sudha replied with a smile.

Ramdhari sipped into his teacup,and smiled back at his wife.

"Miu has to grow up now Ram..I really get worried at her immature childish antics these days.That day she got injured somewhere and came home with bandages on her neck..She wouldn't tell me,where she got it.I think..I think it's time we start thinking about her marriage Ram.."Sudha looked at her husband waiting for his response..It came instantly.

"Marriage?My Miu's marriage?!!But she is still so young..!"Ramdhari exclaimed out,instantly placing the teacup on the table with a loud clink.

"Ram!Miu is not a small girl anymore!She has to be married off soon.She has to get matured now.We can't let her-"

"Bhabiji is saying the right thing Bhaiya!"Sudha was interrupted by a smirking Lakhan.

"Our Miu is matured now..We should marry her quickly,unless we want her to cause a scandal and blacken our family name.."Lakhan said with a knowing smile..

Both Sudha and Ramdhari turned to face Lakhan,with a shocked look..They both looked confused,at his words..

"What do you mean Lakhan?!Say whatever you want to clearly!"Finally Ramdhari snapped out at Lakhan,with a frown.

"Yes Lakhan..What are you implying at?"Sudha also asked with a worried look on her face..

Lakhan smirked more widely,and shook his head slowly..

"Nothing in particular Bhaiya,Bhabi..No need to worry yet..I was just mentioning her adventurous and flighty nature."Lakhan explained.

"Oh.."Both Ramdhari and Sudha relaxed at Lakhan's explanation,and looked away.

So they did not see the evil twinkle in his eye,or his grin like a Cheshire cat,as he walked away..

The phone call has fixed the fate of my LITTLE niece..And along with her,Bhaiya you are also Finnisss!Lakhan thought to himself,as he entered his room,and lying on his bed,he cackled with glee...

"What information do you have?"A man asked on phone,as he sat in a dark room..

"Okay..Don't forget to keep me informed..One mistake and you know who will pay the price.."The man threatened in a soft and cold voice,and disconnected the line..

"Prithvi Khanna!You are done for!"The man said with an evil smile,as he started target practicing on a mannequin with his revolver.And gunshots rang in the empty room,as he kept firing...

"MEERA!!!ANSWER ME FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!"Prithvi called out again.

With a loud curse Prithvi picked up the phone,in the room,and called the security.

Frowning Prithvi kept the phone down..No one had left the building after his office workers and business clients,and nor had anybody else entered..And nothing strange was noticed,in the surveillance cameras all around his property..His 24 hours strict security surveillance would never fail..

So where is she?!!Prithvi thought to himself worriedly..Is she somewhere else in the house then?Maybe she is-Prithvi's thoughts were interrupted by a slight noise,and this time,when he turned he was truly stunned at what he saw...

hai di!!! read the last two chapters together... it was a litl bit shot... but loved it to bits... so is miu in the house ????? let her wear a saree... and prithvi will faint with the lack of oxygen... coz he'l just forget to take breath when he'l see her in a saree... and that lakhan???? ahrrr... just hit him with a truck somebody... bring in more romance di... coz we have very heavy monsoon going on so, nowhere to go...
