If the one we are seeing is Prithvi impersonating IP - let us consider this as a possibility.

So DB made Meera see the possibility of this being IP. And since then Meera thinks its IP. But Meera decides to keep quiet to protect RK and Daadi - like all sacrificing heroines. And in this way she has put herself in danger since IP is not a man of principles or morals.

So, if this was Prithvi and not IP, and knwing the way he does things frm 12gaon days (Prithvi had handed over Meera to Laakhan in 12gaon to teach her a lesson when she refused to listen to him to stay in his home for her own protection.) - what would Prithvi do - wrt Meera and her decision to keep quiet and protect the Khanna elders and thus putting herself thru danger and misery?

Isn't he the same Prithvi who put Meera's life and izzat in danger when he let her go with Akash ?!

city Prithvi will blame himself for not being there for her... but 12 gaon Prithvi will be raging mad and break IP's hand for daring to touch her ...

While I don't expect a agni pariksha, the way meera has been reduced to a real 'abla naari' I have my doubts on the direction things may go..
