OS - Treasure Hunt

It all started when Amar misplaces his gift, his 'iPhone'. He searched for it a lot but didn't find it anywhere. Later when he went back home, he discussed with Charlie about how he'll get back his phone. Charlie came up with an idea.

"Baby, kyun na hum ek competition arrange kare, jaha your fans will search your phone and if they find it, they get a chance to meet you!" suggested Charlie to Amar.

"Idea atcha hai, but mere itne dhundne par nahi mila to unhe kahan se milega?" asked Amar.

"Tumne apna 100% deke nahi dhunda. I'm sure your fans will give 200% and search. After all prize will be precious for them!" said Charlie.

The very next day a notice was put up regarding the same:

'All you fans out there. Here is your chance to meet your very own rockstar 'KUNWAR AMARJEET SINGH'. All you have to do is participate in this 'Treasure Hunt' competition where the treasure is Amar's iPhone. Yes you read it right! Amar has lost his phone and is asking for your help to find it. If you happen to be the person to find it, you'll get a chance to meet him. So what are you waiting for? Submit your names fast. Only the first 40 entries will be eligible.

Rules:

1. You should be an Indian citizen.

2. You should be above 15 years of age.

3. After the first 40 entries are submitted, teams of four will be made.

4. The winning team gets to meet Amar.'

Within 30 minutes of posting the notice, around 100 entries were received. Some entries differed by only nano-seconds. The first 40 people were selected and their names were displayed. All the forty people were overjoyed to see their names in the list. The other felt sad and cursed their luck. Four of these lucky fans were ZM, CV, SD and SM. These four girls were friends and they were happy that they will get to meet each other, and if their luck is good, also Amar.

The next day everyone arrived at the mentioned hotel. They all were extremely excited. The organizer of the Treasure Hunt greeted them. He distributed them in ten groups of four people. The four friends were happy to be in the same team. He then distributed a sheet of paper to every team, on which were the details of where Amar went the day he lost his phone.

"So all of you have the details of the day Amar lost his phone. You have a span of 3 days to search for it. But if any team finds his phone by today itself you get a bonus. Bonus ke baare mein toh baad mein hi pata chalega as of now All The Best." Instructed the organizer.

All ten teams began their search. Few hours passed but no luck. No one was able to locate his phone.

"Yaar ye phone jaa kaha sakta hai?" asked SD.

"Gaya hoga kisiko introduction dene, 'I phone'!" said ZM in a robotic voice and lightened the mood.

"Mujhe toh lag raha hai phone yahi kahi hoga" said CV.

SM was in deep thoughts.

"Partner, itna kya soch rahi ho?" asked CV.

"Mujhe lag raha hai ki, Amar shayad koi jagah batana bhool gaya hoga. Isiliye shayad waha dekha bhi na ho." said SM.

"How can he forget? I mean unki yaadash toh kaafi atchi hai!" said SD.

"But aaj kal bhoolne ki bimari ho gayi hai Amar ko" said ZM.

"Sahi kaha, Amar ko ab yeh bimari lag gayi hai" said CV and all four shared a laugh.

"Guys mein soch rahi thi ki kahi phone gym mein toh nahi reh gaya ho" said SM.

"Ho sakta hai sis. Waha jaake dekhe?" asked SD.

"Yaa, chalo chalte hai" said CV and ZM in unison.

The four left for his gym. On reaching the gym, they searched every corner of the gym but still didn't get it anywhere. Tired and exhausted, SM sat on a sofa chair and felt something hard. She checked and found a White iPhone.

"Look what I found!" exclaimed SM.

"Wow! We finally found it!" exclaimed ZM.

"Oye calm down check toh kar lete hai yeh Amar ka hai ya nahi" said SM.

"Jaldi switch it on!" said SD.

"I just hope ki yeh rockstar ka hi ho. Kitna maza ayega if we all four get to meet him" said CV with a wide as well as nervous smile.

"Eeekkksss!" exclaimed SM.

"Kya hua?" the other three asked in excitement.

"I can't believe this! Luck itna atcha kabse hogaya!" exclaimed SM.

"Tu bata rhi ya nahi!" said ZM irritated.

"Yeh phone Amar ka hi hai!" said SM.

"Sacchi?" confirmed CV while SM just nodded saying yes.

"Waah kya luck hai!" exclaimed ZM.

"Tera na naam sahi rakha hai! 'Lucky Girl'!" said SD.

"Right sis. She is really lucky" said CV.

"Amar shayad shooting se direct yaha aaya hoga uss din" said SM looking at the phone.

"Tujhe kaise pata?" asked ZM.

"Wallpaper pe Vrinda di ki pic hai. Obvious si baat hai Amar whole day toh di ki pic nahi rakhega as wallpaper!" said SM and all four started laughing.

"Wow! We'll get to meet Amar! I'm so excited!" said SD.

"Humne Amar ka phone within 24 hours dhunda hai, iska matlab we have a bonus gift!" exclaimed CV.

"Kya hoga vo?" said ZM and started thinking.

"Yeh toh hume wahi jaake pata chalega" said SM and they left for the hotel.

On reaching the hotel, they informed the organizer that they were successful in finding the treasure. He informed the other teams that Amar's phone has been found. They were happy on knowing the news but also felt sad as they missed their chance to meet Amar.

"I have informed Amar that his phone has been found. He is really very happy. Good job girls" he said.

Everyone clapped for the winners.

"Ek message tha jo mein dena bhool gaya, tum sab khud hi sunn lo" he said and stepped aside.

There was a chaos as to what would be the message. Just then the light went off and a spot light was fixed on the entrance of the hall. Footsteps were heard. A figure stepped into the hall and the spot light focused on him. The figure was none other than Amar! He was wearing a pair of ochre coloured jeans, and a plain black V-necked T-shirt. All the girls present there started drooling over him. One or two almost fainted seeing him! He came and stood on the stage and took a mike.

"Hey guys! I'm really very happy to have fans like you all. According to the rules only four of you were going to meet me. But mujhe tum sabse milna tha, to thank you all for putting in so much of your effort for finding my phone. Thanx a lot." he said.

"Not again!" exclaimed SM a bit too loudly, which was heard by Amar.

He saw towards her with a questioning look.

"Aap thak nahi jaate 'Thank You' bol bolke?" she asked him.

Many giggles were heard. Amar too had his lips curved into a smile.

"Hayye mein mar jawan!" exclaimed CV.

Amar then met all his fans present. Clicked pictures with them and also gave them autographs.

After a few minutes, the organizer came back on the stage, "Can we have a huge round of applause for the winners!" he said and everyone clapped.

"Jaise ki meine kaha tha, tum chaaro ke liye ek bonus treat hai. You four get a chance to have dinner with Amar at his place. Sirf itna hi nahi, but waha pe puri D3 ki team bhi aayegi!" said the organizer.

The four of them were stunned. Never did they think ki aisa kuch hoga. ZM was about to faint but the others controlled her.

Amar then bid 'Good Bye' to the other contestants and came back to the winners, "so guys ready?" he asked them.

"Somebody pinch me!" said SD and ZM, CV and SM pinched her hard on her hand. She winced in pain. Soon they went to Amar's place. They were greeted by Charlie, Troy and Barbie. They played with Troy and Barbie.

Soon the D3 team too came one by one. Greetings were being exchanged. Pictures were being clicked. Everyone was enjoying themselves.

"Palki, voh aaj nahi bachegi. Creative ka baaki koi nahi aaya hai so the only target is Palki!" said ZM angrily.

"Bhai thand rakh!" said SD.

"Isko pakad ke rakte hai, warna kal ki headlines hogi 'Palki Malhotra attacked by an angry fan'" said SM making them laugh.

"OMG! Vrinda di!" exclaimed CV.

"Kahan?" asked SD.

"Shantanu se nazar hatayegi toh dikhegi!" said ZM and winked.

"Very funny!" said SD.

"Hie di!" all four said in unison to Vrinda.

"Aah there you are! You are late!" said Charlie coming and greeting her.

"Sorry" said Vrinda and made an apologetic face.

"You met the Chief Guests?" asked Charlie.

Vrinda nodded in a 'No'.

"Itne saare VVIP's mein se Chief Guest kaun hai?" asked SM to the other three girls.

"Pata nahi. Dekhte hai" answered ZM.

"Meet our chief guests!" said Charlie to Vrinda and introduced her to the four winners.

"We, chief guests?" asked CV shocked.

"Yes!" said Charlie and gave a wide smile.

They introduced themselves to Vrinda.

"Surprised to see you here!" said SM.

"Don't be!" said Amar coming from behind.

"Let's go in, everyone is waiting for us" he said.

They all walked in. They all sat inside making a huge circle. Everyone chatted for a long time.

"Can I ask something from you all?" asked SM.

"Yea sure" said Amar.

"Like everyone knows, you guys are fabulous dancers! I wanted to ask, can we get the privilege to dance with you all?" asked SM.

"Yeh bhi koi puchne wali baat hai. Kabhi bhi bolo, hum dance karne ke liye always ready hote hai!" said Shantanu.

"Tum sabke saath toh hoga hi, but kya hum duet.." asked CV hesitantly.

"Yeah sure" agreed Amar.

"It was my dream to perform salsa with you" said CV overjoyed.

Senorita song started playing and Amar danced with CV. Then SD performed with Amar on the song Mitwa. Then ZM danced on the song Rang Jo Lagyo with Amar. And lastly SM danced on Mere Paas Hai Tu. Everyone cheered for them.

"Umm..Shantanu please can I have the opportunity of dancing with you?" asked SD.

"I'll be glad to!" replied Shantanu.

"Iski toh nikal padi!" said ZM.

SD performed a slow dance with Shantanu on the song Pehla Nasha.

The other couples, on-screen as well as off-screen performed. Then everyone danced on the title track of D3. After a lot of dancing, they had dinner and continued with the photography session.

It was time for them to leave now.

"This was the best day of my life!" exclaimed SD.

"Thanx a lot Charlie di for this amazing idea." said SM.

"Abh kon thank kar raha hai" said Amar and winked making SM blush.

"We are really missing you" said CV to Vrinda.

"Hoping to see you back again onscreen" said ZM.

"And you too Charlie di" added SM.

Then everyone bid good bye to each other and returned home with happy memories!
