such killing of female fetuses is a crime and there are laws to prevent it.

but in states like kerala there are more females than male. the situation is changing and improving.
its not magic which will change things in no time.

you need to be patient. im sure things will improve. be positive.😃

coming to DKDM its "devon ke dev MAHADEV" so obviously will concentrate on mahadev. thats expected isnt it?

in shows like Jay Jagjanini Ma Durga, Durga Devi was shown more suprior.

in a show where mahadev is the central character, mahadev will be shown and given importance.
and this story of sati and parvati is given in the puranas. parvati had to do extreme penance to get shiva. its not anyone's imagination. same way shiva had to please parvat's mother and family and win their hearts.

people over here who are saying that its insulting to see parvati being dependent on shiv really do not understand them at all. why cant they see that they both are very dependent on each other for everything because they are literally two bodies one soul. one cannot separate soul from the body or vice versa. lets say we talk about man and woman in general. A man is strong physically but a woman is strong mentally at heart and hence they complete each other. that is why a family depends so much on a woman because to keep them together and binded and a man is the one that helps her govern the family and makes all of them secure emotionally and financially. so i dont think either of them can be be called as less important. shiv parvati's relationship is on a whole different level and one cannot expect any mortal to be like them or to understand them completely.

As much as I hate to say it,our country is hypocritic.

Men and women are treated as equal,is a lie.

There are certain strata where they are treated as equals, both in MOST instances,NO.

Just a big NO.

This killing of female is not completely being monitored. and the there are laws to prevent that doesn't really happen. Just bribed someone and you can get away it.

Yes this a madadev centric show but Goddess Parvati is important as per scripture the Goddess Paravati represent Mahadev energy to be a God. She represent Mahadevs benevolent side. She also represent what makes Mahadev Mahadev same applies Lord Vishnu via Goddess Laksmi, and Lord Brahma with Goddess Swaswati. . My original point was the CV are distorted philosophy to make it more male centric. But our overall philosophy states that indian society should be Matriarchal society. Look at Lord Ganesh relationship with his mother. Indian mother run the show in the upbringing of there children and children will always side with there mother s (female).
