ayaan told her so many times that eshaan is not the right person to be with but she simply does not believe him and even doubts his intentions

i don't think Anushka is insecure as a person she gives it back to nebody who insults her...ur question abt her caring abt miral n ayaan's mom is justified...but i think she though she may not realise it she cares abt d opinion of people in ayaan's life...regarding her behavior with ayaan i vud say ayaan shud back off a bit...her best friend suddenly broke his engagement n proposed to her...his mom n miral accused her for it...n ayaan himself said he vud hav broken his relationship with meeral before itself if she had come into his lyf earlier ...plus Ishaan has been manipulating her,things at work are difficult with ppl constantly commenting abt her relationship with ayaan as he leaves no opportunity to show his love...do u really blame her for d way she is acting??plus she really respects ayaans mom n she has been insulting her left right n centre...she is seriously in a bad place..with things just getting more n more complicated

and secondly for your kind of information shanaya is the parallel lead of the show
