Meera runs out to call the doctor, who come in and puts the oxygen mask back on Rishab. Doctor asks them who did all this and Meera tells him it was just an accident. Meera takes Anoushka by the hand outside and they leave. There are a lot of reporters gathered outside to know about Rishab's status.
Raman tells the doctors and police at the hospital that no news should be given out, as this is a matter of his family, and if anything leaks out it might affect his family as well as his business.
Meera brings Anoushka home, literally pulling her by the hand. Meera tells Anoushka that Rishab forgave her for whatever she did and still she is trying to kill him, why? Anoushka tells her that only asks her if she will be able to believe her answer. Meera tells her to speak.
Anoushka tells Meera that when she told her that the child is Rishab's she did not believe, when she told her that there is nothing between her and Kunal, she did not believe. If I tell you that Rishab tried to kill me and the baby will you believe me. She then tells Meera that if Rishab survives she will kill him again. Meera slaps Anoushka.
Anoushka tells Meera that Rishab is in this state due to such an attitude of her's, as they only believed in him.
Meera calls the lawyer to ready bail papers for Rahul. Meera and the lawyer reach the police station with the bail papers. Meera goes in to see Rahul.
Meera tells Rahul that he should have called as they found out about his arrest through the police. Rahul tells her that at least today she has found time off from Rishab, otherwise he thought she had only 1 son. He tells Meera that Rishab did so much against him, but she still sided with Rishab, and whatever has happened to Rishab is because of his misdeeds. Meera gets angry at Rahul and tells him he has also become a Kharbanda now and leaves, comes outside and tears the bail papers.
Priyanka is brought there and Meera and Priyanka face each other. Priyanka tells her that how many relationships is she going to break for Rishab and calls her amma. Meera tells her she is not her amma, Priya tells her that she may not consider her as a daughter anymore but she (Meera) will always remain her amma. Meera tells her that if she was one of them she would feel for Rishab.
Priyanka tells Meera that she (Meera) is responsible for the state in which Rishab is in. She tells Meera that earlier you used to listen to me and Rahul, but now-a-days you just listen to Rishab and Rishab needs a strong control (Ankush). Meera tells Priya that she does not want to talk or listen to her as she does not know her (Priya), and Meera leaves.
Meera steps outside with her lawyer and Kailash comes with his lawyer, they both come face to face, Kailash asks about Rishab. Meera tells him to worry about Kunal as no one can save him from the Lambas. Kailash tells her that he accepts her challenge and Meera goes towards the car and Kailash inside the police station.
Kailash presents the bail papers of all 3 of them, Meera calls the commissioner to ask him not to release Kunal as a gun has been found on him. Commissioner tells her that the gun is licensed and was not the one used for shooting Rishab.
Reporters are outside reporting that Rishab Lamba has been shot and 3 suspects all involving family members etc.
Kailash comes out with the 3 of them.
Meera arrives home and asks about Anoushka, the servant tells her that Anoushka has gone outside.
At the Kharbanda House, Priyanka, Rahul, Kunal and Kailash all thinking. Kailash is angry with the 3 of them for taking the blame on themselves and acting childishly.
Priyanka tells him that each of them was not aware that the other was there at the hotel as well.
Kunal tells him that each of them thought the other had shot Rishab.
Rahul tells him that that is why they were trying to save the other 2.
Priyanka wonder if the 3 of them did not shoot Rishab who else shot him.
There is news on TV that after so long they have some new about the shooting of Rishab Lamba and someone has come and accepted committing the crime.
They show Anoushka telling the reporters that she shot her husband Rishab Lamba.
Rahul, Priyanka, Kunal are surprised to see Anoushka accepting the blame.
