and I used to live in Dhanmondi and miss those quiet non-traffic environment... but now in this 13 years, everything changed, especially the unbearable traffic jam ...

nope you can't do that! I tried doing that but still they didn't let me in. The police/security is tight.

You need to have the letter from your embassy.

Try not to pay , you may get into trouble esp.you being a foreigner

look up filmcity on the net, and get their number

call them up & ask them on how to get access.
