Furthermore, I'm glad Aishu rejected this. It's shaping up to seem horrid. Trust SRK but not Shirish or Farah (she's lost her touch). I want to see Mani Ratnam, ROM, Raju Hirani, VB or even KJo direct Aishu-SRK. They had such amazing chemistry and I really hope someone, somewhere decides to sign them together. It almost happened b/c Mani Ratnam wanted SRK for Ravaan, but shucks Abhi again. My inner fangirl needs this to happen!!😆

Yeah, but this isn't the kind of film where Sonam would do well. She needs proper characters with depth in them. She's not good for stuff like this..

I would love him for him to work with them too, but sadly that doesn't seem to happen =/ That's why I was kinda surprised and happy that Aish was considered...she's around the same age as Karishma...a few years younger than Madhuri/Juhi. I never really thought she would agree to it and nor do I think it was the right film for her or SRK-Aish jodi as the "comeback"..khair whats done is done.

Shirish has nothing to do with this film. ...and Farah does better when Shirish isn't part of the story either. OSO-MHN are even liked by critics like Raja Sen and Masand! Truth be told, my issue with HNY is I think SRK is too old for it and I think Farah is confused about his character...not that I think the film will be totally unbearable. I mean SRK always wanted to make this film with Farah. He was the one who kept telling her to revive it, do this film..so I genuinely wonder if it can be that bad...and I want SRK to do more "performance oriented" films...or at least balance it with both kinds of films.
