Kumud, when I see you

I see not the tears that you shed

But the hurt in you eyes

I hear not the bitterness of the words

But the anguish of your soul

I see not pride and ego

But a proud woman standing tall

I can see the weight on your slender shoulders

Of relationships that you are trying to protect

Of new bonds that you are trying to forge

An iron will to not break, nor surrender

Hopeless your plight, yet helpless you are not

You have nowhere to go, life has put you in a spot

You burned your past and tried to move ahead

What you thought was done over and dead,

Is back to torment you in ways that are "new"

What you thought would be your future

Lays fallen, drunk before you

Yet your spirit is not broken

Nor the will to fight

Beautiful post .😊

I agree I don't think Kumud has an ego or is too proud . It is her self respect despite everything she has been through.

I also don't understand how Saras thinks he will have peace even if she does forgive him. His sorry is not going to change anything , she is still married to Pramad and her life is ruined.

Very well written arshi... Rejectn frm lover before 2 days of marriage nd marriage to a drankard person who treat her lyk a doormat...aftr going through ths pain she is still strong.. the girl who always got love from everyone nd brought up in a secure environment nw trying to handle d drastic change in her lyf...it surely must b difficult for her...Saras should say thanks to God dat his Kumud is nt weak lyk his mother who did suicide cz of his father's betrayal...

Idk y ppl always say dat its her ego... Self respect naam ki bhi koi cheez hoti hai... She z nt flawless n dats makes her human being nd nt a saint...
Nw if saras really wants to help her den he should b stronger dan kumud... Jus lyk in dat FB scene Kumud says whr she was angry on saras... "Meri madad karana chahte ho Khud ko toh sambhalo pahele"

Perfect analysis of Kumud Arshi! 😳

Amazingly written... Indeed, Kumud is a rod of iron. And the fact that this seems like it's written in Saras' POV makes me give him all the more respect 😊

Well, they both know only half truths till now, she doesn't know that he came back to marry her and he doesn't know how much a monster pramaad is! Once they know the complete truth, then their guilt will be huge

And I think we are heading for that phase where he will be strong for her and stand by her to protect her, once he sees the truth about Pramaad
