It's funny because I wrote a SS based on something similar!

I would think that if Humeira was pretending to do this, I don't see her acting so well. Humeira would let Ayaan free so he wouldn't have to marry her out of pity or force. And Humeira did hesitate before he touched her face which was suspicious. But then again, what if she really called Vikram and now the guy sees how rich she is, and tries to take advantage of her?

Or else, her personality disorder isn't really completely taken over her. Maybe that's why she hesitates when she's with him. She really thinks she Rajni but in reality, there are still aspects of Humeira in her. She's trying hard to be the devoted wife that she is but the fact that she is still uncomfortable with this guy when he touches her means something.
