Her Time Shall Come..
"He is coming" they said.
her tears had dried now, soul-less she felt
as his body was brought to the palace,
she felt her heart tremor,
with reluctant steps she moved forward
to see the final glimpse of his beautiful face..
the beheaded suryabhan lay in the flower bed
and she collapsed, all tears shed
"i shall come back to you" he had promised!
promise broken, her mate had disappeared never to appear again..
"you broke your promise!!!" she cried and cried until her voice gone
the weather had changed, the bird had flew, the brave soul gone
but there was something, something in the breeze that followed
"you will have a new beginning" her father said.
her grief was still afresh but the weather had changed the colors.
the trees that had dried on his funeral had now flourished
what did this indicate, she thought.
her life was now a desert.. a desert without a shade..
But she was the rose of the desert, shade lies within her..
and now the rose was ready to bloom.. Time Hadn't come yet,
but time was coming.. slowly and steadily, her time shall come!
