Shivdutt Marathe's 20 crore trap

I'm thinking about the prosecutor's character, yes his flamboyant with his speech and he definitely doesn't like celebrities and I think he feels because of RK's past behaviour of disregarding the law and no respect for human life (hit and run of Mukund Dixit, beating up hotel guests, reporters), RK life pattern has convinced him that this is just another spoilt celebrity or superstar and because of his temperament he did murder Sultan, however we saw the incident and can clearly see they was a struggle and the shot was fired in self defence, so an accidental death, now going by what we know of Marathe he stands for truth, and his said it every single time they've shown him so far that he stands by the law and wants the truth to come out in the court. Knowing all this most definitely the request for a bribe of 20 crore is a trap for the Kundra's. I think he wants to see if his assumptions that they disregard the law was true and whether the witnesses Bittuji and Madhu were lying about the struggle and the shot being fired as self defence, if they bring him the money disregarding the law process they prove they lied they statements aren't true.
