I need to vent out my feeling about the supposed 'war'
Honestly,it was badly done.
The swordsmanship(I dunno what they were doing 😳),the costumes (which king would have fought battles in the heavily embroidered colour-colour-which colour sherwani?),the sound effects(the sound they had used for the sword-to-sword contact was ridiculous)
The stunt director,well,i think he took a nap or something.The actors shown in the war need more stunts training.They were simply jumping around.
to cover up all the flaws,they tried their hand with the super shaky camera technique.
DID NOT WORK
I started feeling dizzy.
The war track needed more planning and practise.
The characters would chit-chat every 5 minutes and then suddenly yell and then go dishum-dishum with the rubber sword.
I mean,what was happening?
I was seriously very disappointed with the war.This is why I have been told,dont expect anything,you'll be disappointed.
I have watched enough and more historicals,so maybe that's why i can pinpoint where they have flawed.And maybe thats why i expected too much?
War scenes are hard to execute,i understand that.But all im saying is,the promo looked promising,so it means that the team is capable of putting up a decent war track.but what was shown to us,wasn't even upto the mark.It was done in a giffy,atleast it looked so.
