Rey and sharon drove back to home.. Rey stopped the car with a jolt n he rushed out of the car.. He entered the house, he was out of breath.. "where is kriya?"he asked.. worried..
bt he didn't get any response.. He just followed where their moist eyes were staring..
He looked at the side where they are staring.. The sight infront of him left him frozen.. he couldn't move a single bit more.. he felt needle piercing in his heart..
He closed his eyes and stayed in such a positon for sometime,den opened his eyes.. His love was sitting there numb.. she is having cuts n scraps all over her face, shoulders, hands n where not.. Her clothes were torned and she was bleeding..
When he entered the house..he was relieved thinking she was back..bt now after looking at her he felt miserable.. he didn't think anymore.. he just moved to her.. and hugged her. tears started flowing from his eyes but kriya, she was just sitting like a statue.. no expressions in her eyes.. it wasn't as she didn't have any emotions. The very next moment he felt her body going limp and it made him fearful. "kriya" he called her but before that she had fainted.
Rey scooped her carefully in his arms n move towards car.den they take her to the hospital..
Their family doctor told rey to take her in the cabin.. he obeyed the command.. He placed her on the stretcher and caressed her forehead which had a cut.. The doctor came
"Rey.. please wait outside till i examine her" the doctor said..in a calm voice..
Rey was leaning on the wall with his eyes closed and tears coming out.. his love had gone through these much pain in these two days n he was not there to support her, he wasn't able to protect her.. he felt helpless..
A few minutes later..the doctor came out... before he could say anything.. Rey asked " Doctor what happened to her? is she alright na"he asked worriedly.. " Rey calm down.. sambhalo apne aapko.. kriy..a.. kriya.. she had been raped continuously n had been deprived of food n water".knowing them from years, she could relate to their pain..
" At this time she needs to be taken care od.. she needs u all..she's really weak and in most cases girls loose the willing of being alive.." she told n left..
all the family family was dumbstruck.. it felt like a thunderstorm had fallen on them.
The more affected was rey.. it was not because of their future.. its only because of her. He loved her so much that he can't even see her pain.
As soon as kriya gained consciousness, rey slowly entered into the room.. kriya was sitting there..keeping her head lowered.. " Kriya" rey called her with pain in his voice..
"please.. please go away.. i don't wanna see any one.. meri paas mat aana..please go.." she's continuously saying this.. she needed to talk to her family, her rey.. but couldn't because she felt as if no one was going to accept her.. she felt shattered.
He took a deep breath and went to her.. without looking into his eyes, she is repeating the same things.. he sat near her and hugged her.This gesture caused her to burst out crying. She was crying really badly leaning on his shoulder. She didn't utter a single word. All she wanted at that moment was to pour out her pain, to vent out her inner emotions.
" sshh.. kriya.. don't worry i'm with u" he told her to make her ease.. but eventually he was also crying without making any sound.
After a while.. they left for home. Rey was there to accompany kriya..in her room.. n he arranged all the things perfectly. just then he heard kriya's dad calling him, he just went there.. rey felt a serious tone in kriya's dad's voice. Why wouldn't it be, the most horrific thing had happened to his daughter, whom he loved a lot.
" Rey, i know what happened to kriya is hard to digest. we all love her a lot. but we won't force you to marry her. we don't want you to marry her as a burden.." he told all these things with tears in his eyes..
Initially rey was flabbergasted, bt he could understand the pain of kriya's dad who love her a lot and couldn't see kriya as a burden on someone. Rey held dad'd hand n said," uncle don't ever think that kriya is a burden on me.. i love her a lot.. i want her.. i need her with me in my entire life.. she is mine.. A little incident can't change our love" kriya's dad was so proud of rey.. he hust hugged him.
Meanwhile, Kriya was sitting on her bed and lost in her thoughts. For the first time in her life, she couldn't come up to tell anyone what happened to her. All the memories were vivid in her mind still she couldn't come up to tell. She didn't know what other was thinking about her.
kriya's mom came with food but she didn't have any. she was lost in her own thoughts.. her mom knew dat only rey could make her eat.
"kriya.. see what i braught for u to eat"
" no.. i need nothing" she said still lowered her head.
"kriya.. look at me..pls don't think about it.. please for me"
she lookked at him..she felt insecure. 'what if he doesn't love me anymore?' this thought disturbed her a lot. She was raped victim, she knew most of the girls got abandoned by their going to be families because of this. Maybe, he too was going to this. was there a possibility that he didn't love her anymore and gonna leave her.
This types of insecurities engulfed her. but she wasn't at fault either.
what if he leave her?should be more n more hurt than one could imagine.
Rey made her eat. she eat quietly thinking all these things.. she didn't know how long these moments were going to last but she wants to memorize these moments in mind.
"kriya.. Are u ok?" once she was done he asked her
she simply nodded a 'yes' bt through her eyes she's saying 'how can i be alright rey'.. even though she didn't told it, he knew it very well.. he can read her eyes. He took an oath in his heart, ' kriya i'm never gonna leave you alone'..
He took her medicines and made her eat it.. she quietly had it.. rey felt miserable to see his kriya like this.. no fighting or acting over medicines.. n he is missing his baat cutter, her non-stop speak.. she is not this kriya...
"kriya.. u should sleep for a while" rey told her while making her lay and covered her with a blanket.
A day passed.. still kriya's insecurities inceased.. only one thought in her mind that is "he is going to leave me". Eventhough she knew he loved her a lot.. on the other hand kriya spoke to no one.. only she did was to cry on rey's shoulder. That was the only place where she found safe.
Rey knew kriya's insecurities n he decided to talk with her.. he should take the initiative and had to made her talk..
