I enjoyed watching the video both for the answers they gave and the dynamics between the young actors.

One could see that three of them were more comfortable with each other and it took some time for Sushant to warm up (he was fidgeting so badly in the beginning). Alia sounds like a fun person to be with, she may have her faults but at least is honest about herself...which is a refreshing change. Aditya's reaction to some of Sushant's answers was really interesting to see, esp the one at 17:40 made me LOL. All in all, we should have more of such group views.

Alia has that childish confidence, she lives in her own bubble. She reminds me of a young Kareena (off screen) since she's speaking when she doesn't even know what she's speaking.

Varun comes close second, its apparent that these two's world is revolved just around films and their horizons are limited. But he definitely wants to learn more.

Sushant, on the other hand, comes across as serious about his craft and gave sensible answers. He was the only one who said he preferred "critical acclaim" to commercial success without blinking an eye.

Aditya is in the mellow middle here, a cool guy with a chilled out attitude. Not here to become the next commercial superstar like Varun and not here to be the perfect actor like Sushant.

Interesting. The dynamics between these three different kinds of actors were interesting too.
