Anuradha's dad has been kidnapped

This is just a prediction. I think Ayesha and her mom may have kidnapped him or Rahul has since he mentioned that before he came to Nikhil's house he had gone to meet Alok Rai. Also if you closely noticed someone had beaten Mr. Rai had he had bruises on his forehead as if someone had beaten him.
